AGHADA HURLING AND FOOTBALL CLUB

Our under 8’s took to the field on Saturday last (27th September) to play the first running of the Trabolgan Cup Football Blitz held at Aghada GAA. It was a lovely fine day for the four teams involved, Aghada, Fermoy, Midleton and Nemo Rangers. The games were close and there was an excellent standard of football being played through out. In the end it was down to Aghada and Nemo Rangers to contest the final and a delighted Aghada team held out to win on the scoreline of 1-4 to 0-2 at full time.
