AGHADA HURLING AND FOOTBALL CLUB

Erins Own won this game with a feast of goals coming in the last few minutes just before the short whistle. Fair play to Aghada who made a great effort to get back into the game when they turned with the wind. The Erins Own Goalie made some great saves as Aghada plied on the pressure. for most of the second half Aghada were camped on the Erins Own line with only three players in the Aghada half. Aghada scored 2-1 and were trying hard when Erins Own caught us a sucker punch with a brake away goal and a point to rock Aghada again. Aghada added a goal and a point to leave the fulltime score 6-5 to 3-7
