AGHADA HURLING AND FOOTBALL CLUB

In a great game played in Rostellan last wed evening our lads came up trumps when they saw off the Midleton (2) challenge. From the start Aghada played like their lives depended on it with James O’Leary the pick of the bunch in goal. James made great saves that keep Aghada in the game . out side him Brendan Moran, Jack Hayes and Jake O'Donoghue were in rare form. Ryan O’Keeffe play in the heart of the defence was ably assisted by Roisin Culligan and David Daly. Ryan scored a mighty point from a free. Conor O’Driscoll had a fine game in the middle of the park getting a goal and a point. . Scott Coyle-Garde also played his part here. Up front Kane Looney bagged a goal as did Maria Corigliano and David Dunne, Robbie Steel, Kevin O'Sullivan
and Shane O'Hanlon also played their part as did Shane Bennett,
Darra Sisk and David O'Neill when they came on

Our lads played Youghal in Rostellanlast Sun. A great win for our gang indeed was a great display with all doing their bit . We have the makings of a good team here . training every wed evening at 6-00pm under Richie Condon
