More heart brake a team that gave all, a point up with minutes to go, a goal for Fr.O'Neills all over. If ever a team needs a bit of luck these lads do. A mighty game of hurling played by two great teams and only one winner. From Pa Crowley in goals to Gerard O'Brien the youngest player we played our hearts out, in such a tight game anything could happen Fr.O'Neills lead at half time by 1-0 to no score. The second half was as tight with Andrew O'Donoghue scoring 1-1 to give Aghada the lead and then disaster the last minute goal for O'Neills

our u11 hurlers came out the best in this top of the table clash indeed this was a hard fought match with nothing between the teams. Carrig got the 1st goal when the ball bt Goalie Brian Condon . It took a great goal for Eoin Healy to level the match and this is the way it stayed at fulltime . So on to extra time and how we came good, goals from Rohan Kennedy and Andrew O'Donoghue were enough to see us winners. A special word for young Rohan Kennedy and Gerard O'Brien both showing the older boys how to do it .
